Since our practice opened in 1982, we have gained a depth of experience and an acknowledged reputation for delivering high quality architectural projects. Our activity expertise covers the full spectrum of associated activities, embracing new builds, restorations, refurbishments and urban planning, for private and public clients alike.
The majority of our work is in the provinces of Cádiz, Seville and Malaga in southern Spain. Among our new builds we have developed a number of truly unique, individual villas along the Costa de la Luz and Costa del Sol.
We aim to develop a close working relationship with our clients, advising and guiding them, and keeping them fully briefed and updated, through every stage of the project. This starts with extensive market research and evaluation before the purchase, continues with the design stage and ends with successful completion of the works. We find this kind of relationship enjoyable and fulfilling – and it invariably brings more satisfying results, both for us and for our client.
We pay particular attention and place a high priority on sustainability and responsible construction. In this aspect, our registered architects and technicians work alongside a selected group of independent surveyors and advisers with particular expertise in renewable energies and sustainable building concepts. This facility can be used to achieve partial or comprehensive solutions, and to upgrade and retrofit existing buildings.

REFERENCES
Selection of the most outstanding building and urban planning projects of our office since 1981. Our activity also includes the construction of minor works such as single-family homes, renovations of historic buildings, industrial warehouses, homes for self-construction and prefabrication or adaptations of commercial premises.
Parallel to the development of projects as appraisers, we have drafted around 6,500 appraisal reports to date, including appraisals of homes, real estate developments, tertiary assets and land.
