52 HOUSES IN UTRERA | UTRERA, SEVILLA
The project includes housing, commercial premises and offices, being carried out on a central plot of the town. It proposes an alternative typology to the block patio, presenting a volume full of patios that let light through to the different homes. It lives on the water currents, on lattices that make us intuit the interior life and on galleries that like small streets give access to each of the houses. Starting from a wide typological diversity, we share the available space between all the houses, creating a compact building that is actually a small city.
