HOUSING FOR A WRITER | JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA, CÁDIZ
The project reconstructs an outbuilding located in the corral of a traditional courtyard house in the San Miguel de Jerez de la Frontera neighborhood. The available buildable conditions as well as the lighting and ventilation define a one-person house of about 40m2.
The relationship with the patio (old farm yard) and the opening of spaces favor the visual transition between the different rooms.
