The reform project proposes the energy improvement of a house within a block built in the 60s. With the help of the Plan to Promote Construction in Andalusia, the intervention has replaced windows, installations and has improved the exterior walls. An old library has been recovered adapted to the new circumstances of the distribution, which adjusts to the current needs of the family, favoring large spaces, seeking to preserve the height of the ceilings and the crossed views of the different rooms.
