OFFICES | JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA, CÁDIZ
The project adapts a commercial premises located in a residential building in Jerez de la Frontera, creating various spaces by means of a wooden curb with facilities and service spaces hidden in the paneling.
The program distinguishes between an office space, an office, a file, a utility room and a bathroom.
The adaptation of the commercial premises in the rough minimizes the pre-established height determining factors, trying at all times to create spaces with an adequate scale for the use to be implemented.
