TOWER OF AUTHORITIES | JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA, CÁDIZ
The proposal is based on a very simple operation: bet on the serialization and repetition of a module, in this case the arch, to solve the entire facade of the building and free up the interior space so that it is capable of housing a great variety of activities. Serialization guarantees that this module will have a maximum level of development and optimization, which will facilitate its production and assembly, reverting to the total cost of the project. Thus, the proposal is not only the definition of the ultimate building but, especially, a project that develops a valid construction system for this or another building, turning the design of the minimum piece of that system into a project within another.
